About Wayne
Born and raised in Muskingum County I am very familiar with our areas real estate.
I graduated from Maysville High School in 1996, served four years in the United States Marines, then worked for Sunbelt Rentals for eighteen years.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart since 1996. We have 2 sons Hunter and Hayden both grown and making their own lives.
My real estate career started part time as a property investor in 2007. After years of learning how to be a landlord and find real estate deals I decided to pursue my real estate license. In 2014 I became licensed while still working full time and managing my rentals. In 2017 my good friend Jeff Leonard and I decided to start our own real estate company and founded Leonard & Newland Real Estate Services.
Since our beginning we have grown to 4 offices with 38 agents. We offer service to buyers and sellers for both residential and commercial real estate. We also offer full service property management for our local investors.
Real estate is a passion for us. We show up everyday and provide the best service and response time the area. I look forward to working with everyone who comes my way.
